Michael Jordan – witness the greatest of all time

Michael Jordan is without question the greatest player of all time. Only the young and misinformed would think otherwise. All who witnessed his entire career, even under the scrutinizing eye, we all realized one thing. This player, Michael Jordan is similar to Muhammad Ali. They can immitate, they can try to duplicate, the fact remains the same. Nothing compares to the original. Even those who mimmick MJ will never pull off his moves with the same level of effectiveness or efficiency. That has already been proven. Considered basketball’s greatest-ever player Nicknames: His Airness, Air Jordan Cut from his Wilmington NC basketball team as a sophomore; eventually made the team and led it to state championship Won Sporting News’ College Player of the Year (1983, 1984) and 1984’s Naismith and Wooden awards League leader in scoring, with 10 titles (1986-1993, 1996-1998) On 2 Olympic Gold-Medal teams (1984, 1992) In 1994 retired to play minor-league baseball Bulls retired his #23 jersey when he left the game Returned to basketball in 1995 and in 1996 became one of two (along with Willis Reed) to win MVP for regular season, All-Star Game and Finals, all in one year Hosted Saturday Night Live (1991) and starred in Space Jam opposite Bugs Bunny and friends Finished his career with 32292 points, third place in scoring, and a career average 30.12 ppg, the best in NBA history Always wore his University of N. Carolina shorts under his Bulls uniform for good luck Worked with United

i said it once and im gonna say it again. what seperates jordan is he has the ability to take a confident, sure of himself, talented, opponent and crush his hopes and confidence the second he gets on the court. talent could be debated. but jordans wizardry was with the mind. he used to brain screw with his rivals. kobe has that drive jordan had but not even half the discipline. a young jordan vs kobe is no contest.

Give the young kids a break, they just dont know. They’ll understand in time that Kobe Bryant doesnt add up to “DRY SHIT” when compared to MJ, I mean i guess i kinda admire Kobe for wanting to be “Like Mike” I just think MJ set the “Standard Too High” and nobody will ever play the game with the intensity, grace, determination, desire, skillz, the way he moved on the court and in the air with such fluidity of motion and if that didnt work Michael seemed to use, “Pure Will Power”and swish GAME OVER TY

Where have the Bulls gone since the Jordan era but downhill. Larry Hughes, Ron Mercer, Kirk Hinrich, Jalen Rose, Jamal Crawford, Ron Artest, Kendal Gill etc etc…They havn’t had a single all star on there roster after MJ’s retirement. Derrick Rose won’t be MJ but we may finally have that all-star who will bring the franchise back to respectability, which means NBA title and no less.
